Orientation is our opportunity to welcome you to Massey University and prepare you for student life. The programme is full of events, activities and workshops designed for postgraduate and undergraduate students. You'll learn critical information about your programme, student services and campus facilities.
Participating in orientation is the best way to start your student experience with Massey University. It's a great way to meet people and make new friends.
Orientation is held on each campus from 13 July 2020. It is full of fun activities and useful information sessions for all students.
Classes begin on Monday 20 July.
Here are your on campus orientation schedules.
Orientation is an important time for all new International and Study Abroad students. You are welcome to attend all events and workshops, and we really encourage all students to attend these. You must however visit MyHub to complete the online orientation that contains the compulsory International Module. This module was specifically developed to provide you with important information that will help you understand your rights and responsibilities.
All International students will receive an invitation email with Orientation information once their enrolment is complete.
This site includes resources on student development, careers, well-being, academic advice, student associations and student advocacy. Start here with an Orientation activity for our new students to welcome you and help you familiarise yourself with the services.
To access your courses in Stream, Getting Started and MyHub you will need to set your network password. You can find instructions on how to do that here.
Starting university and settling in to study routines can take a little bit of time.
