Learning outcomes Details

Students who successfully complete this course should be able to:

  1. Use models from theatre, digital media production, and creative writing to develop and shape creative ideas.
  2. Use appropriate language and methodology to critically appraise a work of creative communication.
  3. Locate and develop images and a narrative in the making of a creative work.
  4. Show understanding of the ways creative communication works within the cultural environment of Aotearoa New Zealand's treaty-based society.
  5. Apply ideas and approaches learned in the course to reflect on the dynamics of creative communication.
