Massey’s School of Nursing works closely with District Health Boards and health organisations in New Zealand and around the world to improve the health of people and their communities.
Victoria Smith's dream of becoming a nurse began as a young farm girl, when her beloved grandfather fell critically ill. This is the story behind her lifelong journey of compassion, commitment and caring.
What are their dreams? And their drivers? Why did they choose nursing as a career? You just might be surprised.
Massey is the only university in New Zealand that offers its undergraduate nursing degree in three cities – Auckland, Palmerston North and Wellington. Our courses are approved by The Nursing Council of New Zealand.
Our first-class nursing programmes are nationally and internationally recognised. We prepare our graduates to be accomplished, highly competent and skilled nursing professionals, ready for rewarding careers in a wide range of settings.
