Research Expertise

Research Interests

My two main areas of research interest are in animal behaviour and welfare and precision agriculture. In particular, how environmental factors affect animal behaviour and how we can successfully use emerging precision tools to track and monitor these interactions. More recently I have developed an interest in the use of aerial imaging systems in farm management, specifically how Remotely Piloted Aerial Systems can be used to help with pasture management.
